Viewing and accounts

BingeBox saves basic watch progress and a random visitor identifier in browser storage so viewing can resume and community features can work without requiring an account. If you choose to create an account, BingeBox can sync watch progress, My List and profile details through Supabase so they are available across your signed-in devices.

Engagement analytics

BingeBox records limited product events such as episode starts, completions, reactions, favorites and community-request activity. These events are used to understand what works, troubleshoot the service and improve the catalog experience. BingeBox also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for privacy-focused traffic and performance measurement. We do not need the contents of your personal messages or device contacts for these analytics.

Infrastructure

Hosting, database, authentication and media-delivery providers may process technical request information needed to deliver, secure and operate the service. The public viewing site does not require a viewer account.

Donations

If you choose to support BingeBox, you are sent to the external payment provider configured by the site administrator. BingeBox does not collect or store your card details. When payment tracking is enabled, BingeBox may receive and retain limited transaction metadata from the provider, such as payment amount, payment method category, transaction identifier and payment time, so support totals can be reconciled.

Push notifications

If you opt in to BingeBox updates, the service stores the browser push-subscription endpoint and cryptographic delivery keys needed to send notifications. A signed-in account may be associated with that subscription; otherwise a random browser identifier may be used. You can disable notifications at any time from BingeBox or your browser/device settings.

Private workspace

The content-management workspace is restricted to authorized administrators and uses authenticated access. Internal licensing and rights records are not part of the public catalog.
