Our policy

BingeBox is intended to publish only content for which there is a documented legal basis to distribute. A title should not be published until its distribution rights have been internally verified.

Report a rights issue

If you own or represent rights in material available on BingeBox and believe it is unauthorized, email partnership@bingebox.bond. Please identify the copyrighted work, the exact BingeBox URL or title/episode, your contact information, the rights you own or represent, and enough information for us to understand and verify the claim.

Access controls do not limit rights notices

Playback links may use short-lived access tokens to prevent hotlinking and automated abuse. Those controls do not prevent rights holders from identifying a title, reporting an episode, or submitting a takedown notice through this page.

What we do

Credible rights notices are reviewed promptly. BingeBox may temporarily disable access while a claim is investigated, preserve internal rights records, contact the relevant licensor or content provider, and keep the material offline unless the distribution basis is confirmed.

Counter-information

If content is disabled based on a claim and BingeBox has documentation showing authorization, we may provide relevant non-confidential information to the claimant and seek resolution before restoring access. We do not restore disputed material merely to keep it online.

False or abusive notices

Rights notices should be submitted in good faith. Do not knowingly misrepresent ownership, authorization, or infringement.

Jurisdiction-specific notices

This page provides BingeBox's public rights-contact and takedown process. It does not represent that BingeBox has completed any separate safe-harbor or designated-agent registration required by a particular jurisdiction.
